Overpriced and unprofessionalI called this place because I had an emergency plumbing issue, my toilets were all clogged and they were the ones that came up as fast and 24/7 service, so I called and someone came out that evening. Well after 2 hours of waiting for them to clean it out, they come back and tell me I have a septic tank. They then wanted to dig it up out of the ground to get access to it and drain it because that’s where the pluming was backing up. They dug up my whole side yard and it took them about 4 days to complete the work. I was desperate to get my water heater replaced quickly because I can't miss work.They came out without charging me a visit fee and were quick to respond. Although these are things I appreciate, I'm disappointed that they failed to reconnect my refrigerator ice maker to the new unit. The installation person said he was unable to find the correct adapter. Essentially I paid top dollar to exchange a timely installed water-heater for the ice function on my fridge. He said an inspector would be out to check their installation, but no one ever did. I was happy to not miss work so I didn't make a stink. I’m writing this in behalf of a friend‘s daughter, she called them out for a leaking water line to her house and the guy had to dig a 2‘ x 2‘ hole to the line and replace a coupler that had split and charged her $2800 for a couple hours of work and $20 worth of parts what a bunch of rip offs she got Roto rootered all right
