Roto-Rooter came to our house for a clogged kitchen sink. Their estimate was 1300.00 for a new garbage disposal. My son is the homeowner and thought that estimate was HIGH and decided to call another plumber who unclogged the sink for $89.00 and we didn’t need a new disposal! I am appalled at Roto-rooter’s arrogance in thinking they were going to rip off one more customer!!!!!!!!
VERY EXPENSIVE compared to other plumbers. I just needed a simple water valve changed and they quoted me $3,250. I did the job myself and it took less than an hour and cost me about $25. The only good part of the service was that the plumber showed up in about an hour after calling.
I had some minor plumbing problem. Waited for appointment for two weeks. On the day of appointment they didn't come, too many customers?? They charged me with extreme price, they didn't send me the bill and didn't respond to my two emails. I for sure will never go back to them again for any kind of service. Very disappointed!
