Paragon is excellent. we have used their services for a very long time. of particular value has been their skill with silk. it does not come back crushed. in addition they know how to clean old linen table cloths. I also appreciate their rug cleaning service. We take our good rugs to them for careful cleaning.We have found the service from Paragon excellent.

I appreciate that there are still people in this world that still have integrity. As far as your employees, there needs to be some type of accountability and up front cost beforehand when dealing with new referred customers. Although I am not happy with my initial experience, I am glad I was able finally talk with you over the phone today.
