Renters comments, I always look forward for the Orkin man to come by. I'm given a week's notice then a days notice that they will be by to treat the property. They always monitor the sticky boxes and refresh them as well.I'm always greeted nicely and thanked for opening up gates and such prior to the application process and I can't say enough about this service other than it works. Them big roaches that approach the property die out and drop like FlysGREAT JOB JOE our Orkin guy.
They give you plenty of advance notice and arrive on time. All work is completed in a timely manner. The technician(s) are always knowledgeable and courteous, willing to answer questions.
I would definitely recommend ORKIN to everyone for their exceptional service that they provide. It started with Alex coming out for the termite inspection which he was very thorough when doing it & it continued on when the service technicians came out , Robert & I didn’t get the other young man’s name but they were both very professional and very neat while servicing my home.
