Took my car earlier to get an oil change around 1pm. First time taking it there and I own an Audi and I’ve always struggled with places accidentally flushing the transmission fluid instead of my oil due to the caps looking the same.

I thought i was due for an oil change, and the gentleman that assisted me let me know i wasn't due yet and when to come back. He still offered to check my tires, etc. As a single mom I truly appreciate the honesty, I feel like other people would have still had me change it just to take my money. Honesty goes a long way, I will continue go to the Dinuba St location. Thank you!
