I have had them come out for several years. I really like how they inform me when they have deals on maintenance services. Today, Omar came to my house and the company checks electrical. I was informed of some concerns with the wiring and the dangers of them. Really happy with the customer service.
Wonderful experience Rommel and Joseph! OR SO I THOUGHT!! HOWEVER AFTER RECEIVING AN ESTIMATE ON MY AIR CONDITIONING UNITS, I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES! I HAVE PRACTICALLY A BRAND NEW HOME BUILT IN 2017 I'M VERY WELL MAINTAINED. LOOKS LIKE A BRAND NEW HOME. AND THEY WANTED TO REDO THINGS TO MY AIR CONDITIONERS AND CHARGE ME AN ASTRONOMICAL FEE!!
WANTED TO CHARGE ME OVER 12,000 DOLLARS WORTH OF WORK!!! WAS ABLE TO GET EVERYTHING DONE?JUST THE MAINTENANCE ROUTINE CALL FOR LESS THAN $300 DOLLARS!!

FINAL UPDATE - Monarch has made everything right that was wrong. They fixed the leak on my split unit, did a full service and cleanings on my unit free of charge, we negotiated new work to be done at my home and now we have total perfection in temperatures throughout the entire residence. The main issue was with previous employees that no longer work for the company.
