It was a pleasure to work with Lourdes Gutierrez after our 101 year old mother passed away at the end of January. Cremation plans were already in place and payment completed prior to mom's passing. Lourdes walked me (daughter) through the process of completing all the other necessary paperwork for cremation and what the time frames were.
