I went in with my MIL for our first ever massages and everyone was so sweet. The place is extremely clean and calming and the lady who gave me a massage was SO nice to me and helped me get relaxed cuz I was anxious. Anyone who says they cancel frequently must’ve done something wrong because we had no issues whatsoever with scheduling with this location. I will absolutely be coming back

Absolutely 5 star experience thank you Kylie!!I was a member in Bakersfield a few years ago and decided to renew my membership for the Visalia location. I called in and the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful he answered all my questions over the phone and got my appointment booked. The huge selling point for going through Massage Envy is the total professional service you can expect from the staff. I have been to countless different massage parlors and none of them come close to the quality of service offered by ME. Signing up for the membership was a no brainer as I see the huge value in it. I asked for a deep tissue, and got the lightest/weakest tissue. Also the most expensive I’ve paid for a massage in a while and that was with the 1st time walk in special they had.
