For YEARS I've gotten piercings done by Rose, and she's always been very sweet, informative, and quick with her stabs.For the past couple years, I've also been coming here for my nails with Felicia. She's extremely detailed and thorough with her nail art. She's incredibly talented and is the best nail tech In visalia by FAR! Very sweet and so focused.These 2 are such a great team and a force among visalia's beauty community; they will always have my business!
