I have been dealing with Jim Kelch for the last 38 years and he has yet to direct me in the wrong way. Every time I came in for a need he has taken Great care of me! He has never in the 38 years tried to sell me something I didn't need. The words Tim Taylor were in our last conversation as he brought me back on track for the correct tool for the job at hand!
