My experience here was very nice. I was greeted upon entering the area. Employees were smiling. All the guests seemed to be at ease. There was conversations and laughter going on between clients and hair specialists, that is great to see that everyone was having a good time. I had a beautiful balayage done on my hair. I also had it cut and styled as well. I recommend this place, and will definitely return.

Jackie at the JCPenny Salon did an excellent job on my daughter's very dense hair. My daughter said Jackie was very gentle and I'm super pleased with the cut! I highly recommend Jackie! ??
