My husband and I had Christmas portraits taken here today (along with our dog!) We are very pleased with the results! Katelyn and Jessica were great! They understood our vision and were so helpful and friendly. They did an awesome job!
We had an appointment at 3 pm. The photographer showed up at 3:05. She didn't acknowledge us at all. She acted as if we didn't exist. It took her another 5 minutes to check herself in, so now we were 10 minutes passed appointment time. She never apologized for her tardiness. She was inexperienced and seemed to need more training. On a positive note, she did have a great suggestion for a prop for one photo. I did talk to a manager, and I hope she gets some training and improves and gets better
Katelyn did a phenomenal job doing our 1 year old's photos today! The pictures turned out great and Katelyn made our experience enjoyable. I would recommend these services to anyone needing portraits.
