Staff is always friendly, checkin online is super easy but last 2 haircuts from same hairdresser just didnt come out well. She cuts one way and diesnt get how my hair falls. Shes extremely nice and professional though.

I have had bad experience at great clips a decade ago when the stylist cut my hair shorter than I wanted. I go somewhere for my hair now but I still take my kids here for their haircut. They are great with children and when my teen decided to cut / donate his hair - the haircut was free.Their check-in system is great. I can estimate when to go and the wait is short.

I haven't gotten my haircut since like June so I was a little nervous. Monica took care of me, I showed her a couple of pictures of what I wanted and she fulfilled my heart because my hair looked fantastic!
