09/23/26: (Online Tech) Asked to speak to a Geek person @ 2:55pm on hold till 3:13pm. I had told the I was in Visalia Ca, then she came back with the nearest is Visalia...YES I told you that! Then she made an appointment for me and I would be getting a text. I did with a drop off appointment. That's not what I requested! Besides the foreign language which was hard to understand, did not make matters any better....woooo!!!
Went to geek squad for some audio issues I have been having with my laptop, I bought at the same Best Buy 4 years ago. David helped me and was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He also made sure to walk me through the issue I so understood what happened and helped me feel less incompetent. Lol
Took my laptop in almost a month and a half ago now for a simple keyboard fix. Was told geek squad fix’s everything and you can’t pick and choose what to fix, okay fine. A months goes by I’m told my laptop is done, come to find out who ever “fixed” my laptop the first time decided not to and then used tape to cover up the faulty repair (they lied). Geek squad caught it in time and sent it back. Now last week or so, I finally received my laptop back, I LITERALLY PLAYED A GAME FOR LESS THAN A HOUR BEFORE MY LAPTOP COMPLETELY SHUTOFF.
