I'm 56. Been involved in sports and fitness my whole life. A year ago I had Total (R) Knee Replacement (TKR) from all my years beating it up playing sports. Wanted to get in "Best Shape of my Life!". Knowing what Dr.'s say, and reading stories of people who overcame TKR to get in great shape, I decided to go for it. Went to Eddie 2 months ago and told him my story. I've never experienced a Trainer/Program like Eddie. He took me from so-so shape to running a mile and a half (outside). I've lost over 20 pounds and feel great! For what he's done for me, I couldn't put a price on it. Whoever reads this, please understand, if Eddie were in LA or San Francisco he'd be wealthy....read full review

Awesome personal training! Eddie is very knowledgeable, friendly and motivating. The facility is clean and welcoming. Exciting large and small group classes. I love the fit boxing classes.

This is the best workout experience you will find in any small gym. Even in small classes, the program is personalized, and Eddie Renteria always has his eye on you! The ambiance is upbeat, despite the toughest workouts. If you want truly Elite Results, this is the place to go.
