Everything about Dustin is 5-star. It's locally based (in Fresno) not far from where I live (Dinuba). Support for local businesses is important to me so I was happy to find Dustin. My technician, Art, was prompt, professional, and very kind. He was unable to complete the service, because of something I had done, so I set up another visit for service completion. But I wasn't charged again even though I was responsible for the need to have Dustin come twice, but was under the umbrella of the initial payment for service.I had one pest he didn't know but that's no bad reflection on Art's knowledge or professionalism because the vermin in question is so unusual I have not...read full review

I had the good fortune of having John service my home. He was prompt, courteous and customer oriented in providing me with information on what he was doing and what precautions I needed to follow.He was a very personable and professional technician.

John was amazing. He explained the life cycles of the different insects and how the pesticides would work to combat them. He took the time to make sure I knew what he was doing. Came out between services too, and although they had asked where I had problems beforehand so he could just treat those areas, he identified other problem areas and treated them, too. Honestly couldn’t ask for more from a pest service, but was given way more than what I feel I paid for. Thank you John and thank you Dustin Pest Control!
