Our carpets were totally destroyed by the previous owners and Octavio took great care of us. Even took time to remove everything, clean it up and air it all out before completing all the work since it was in such rough shape. It was his idea which made us feel like he had our best interests at heart. We had some spots that needed build in custom fixtures taken out and put back in.

Creative flooring saved my floor! I had damage to my wood floor and didn't know what it was from. Octavio came out and diagnosed the issue. He got an estimate to me right away and we agreed on a plan to get the work done. There was a delay in the arrival time and I was notified in a timely manner. The guys who did the work were professional, cleaned up after they were done and did a fantastic job fixing my floor! I highly recommend Creative Flooring for any flooring needs! I will definitely use this business again.
