The staff communicated very well what issues could be when I had a laptop brought in for repair. My only issue was that I was not informed when my item had been completed. A simple automated email notification, City Center asks for an email when you drop off your item to be repaired, could save quite a bit of time for everyone involved.

Walked in to see what they could do for my blue screen laptop. Lady explained briefly what I might be with her experience, there was a reasonable diagnostic charge and left the laptop in good hands. Other then it took a Lil longer then I thought, but called me to make sure I was updated on diegnosis repairs needed. Did not charge me untill we worked a repair plan. Which I loved, instead of charging hidden or unwanted work done. Got called for pick up and explained everything done and to bring back if anything.. 1st time coming here and was over all satisfied. Price was reasonable and laptop works great again ? ?

I have been using City center Computers for both of my PC's for the last 2 or 3 years now and I've never had any trouble, they're accurate in their trouble shooting, have a decent amount of stock on hand to fix what might be wrong and have been pretty fast in getting my stuff diagnosed and fixed. City Center Computers will continue to have my business and I'll recommend them to anyone that needs a good computer store to spend money with.
