ILAH is amazing! I really enjoyed working with her. She was very friendly, provided a comfortable environment, she went above and beyond…we worked in different areas…test anxiety being one we concentrated on…and the end result…I passed my licensure exam. This was my first time doing any kind of hypnotherapy so I went into this with a little speculation, but I agreed to do it because of how much great feedback I had heard about her from multiple people. After my first session I was given the tools I needed to really help deal with my personal struggles and completely reinvented myself by the 3rd or 4th visit. I can't say enough great things about Ilah and what she did for me. going here was a defining moment in my life and my life is greatly better for it. ill forever be grateful for Ilah and what she was able to help me with! 10 out of 5 stars, I highly recommend her!

Where do I begin? I suffered depression, anxiety, anxiety attacks, and PTSD for 9 years and saw multiple therapist & doctors. Tried everything. Self help books and techniques. But it wasn’t till Ilah that I actually began to make a dent in my mental health. Like really. All the other stuff was surface level but she was the only one that could help me get to the root of the problem. She changed my life and I’ll forever be grateful. I refer everyone to her. Here’s my advice… if you’re thinking about it, it’s because you know you need the help. So make the commitment to take a chance and invest in your health with Ilah by your side!
