“A few months ago I had my appointment cancelled because I was 15 minutes late for an appointment. I then came in early for a cut recently and waited 25 minutes (only 10 minutes late for the appointment) and got pretty annoyed with it, but the people at the counter were super friendly and professional apologizing for something that wasn’t entirely their fault. Really appreciate the time spent to take care of me and the quality of the cut. Today was one of the better cuts I’ve had. Highly recommend Riley.“

“I walked in without an appointment in the middle of the week. There were 2 people getting haircuts and one person waiting. I was greeted, apologized for not having an appointment and told it was no problem at all. 10 or 15 minutes later I was seated in Tina’s chair, I showed her a picture of a haircut that I liked on my phone and 15 minutes after that my hair looked identical to the one in the picture.
