Cleans area, cleans his hand marks, ask me questions besides listening to me very very hard worker's job done! well ! Thank you Pasqual I went through insurance copay 100.00 I saw when he opened it and a part was broken..they ordered it ! Great job..I had to pay for that..100.00 but that's ok now I wont get holes in my clothes! Im so pleased
I called three times throughout the day, to make sure they would be open when my part FINALLY arrived. I made the third call at just before 2pm, texted my address and just after 3pm Edwin was here. Polite, efficient, he had my power board replaced on my LG refrigerator in minutes. He left my house around 3:30, I was able to save the food (it was in coolers overnight) and I am so very pleased with their response time, and service. I would highly recommend!
I was able to call and get an appointment same day. He was at my home on the appointment timely, and right away started to look at all the possible solutions for my Dryer. In the end , there was no need to disassemble th dryer, he looked at the pilot, and vent to make sure it blew out hot air. Our problem was that it didnt heat inside, and in the end it ended up working. Less than 40 min. 50 dollars for diagnostic. Im very happy with the service , honesty, and education from our own Dryer. We had no clue what the eco button did. Will recommend this company to anyone.
