Always get communication from technician before their arrival, very friendly with outdoor pets that we have, and very kind and reliable technicians. Devin is a very kind and courteous service technician. He always lets me know when he is coming and follows up with what services were done. He is very kind and gentle with my 3 Rottweilers, which was a big concern for us. He always asks if there are any concerns or things that I have been noticing, or areas that may need more concentration. He is simply very thorough in all that he does and I am very appreciative of all that he does to take care of our household, inside and out.
