Great service however, privacy of personal social security number is an issue. I would have preferred if their system doesn’t allow for the field rep to see it after you run credit. He ran mine unintentionally 3 times without having to refill the form. It stays on the page indefinitely.
I continue to have great service with my technician Mr Nava (78773) who inquires about areas to focus on. Mr. Nava is a very polite and respectful individual, gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
I am not sure if it’s the whole company this way or just the Victorville location. The miscommunication is terrible. They tell you they will come one day but they don’t, they tell you you are scheduled for a Friday and they come on Tuesday. They do whatever they want. They promise they are coming the next day and they don’t. I called the office directly. Many times goes to voicemail, they don’t call back. I have nothing to say about the work done because it was very simple, but I dislike that they don’t come back and finish the work that is in the contract.
