I have gone to this shop for well over 10+ years and I can tell you that I absolutely look forward to it! This shop was originally started out on 7th St in Victorville (does anyone remember that?) and I occasionally went there, but when they transferred to this shop there was something different about it. It is a very warm and happy place to go. Our whole family goes and the customer service is excellent! They all make you feel like family.I have worked at my place of business for 30+ years and we have lost our sense of customer service, but not this shop. ALL THE STYLIST ARE SUPER FRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY IVONNE. FIRST TIME MY SON GETS HIS HAIR WITH FROSTED TIPS AND SHE MADE HIM FEEL COMFORTABLE THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. THE SALON WAS SPOTLESS AND THE STYLIST WERE CONSTANTLY CLEANING AND SWEEPING THE AREA.
