This is the 4th dry cleaners I've tried in the high desert, and glad to say I found a good 1. Great customer service both from the young lady who answers the phone and the gentleman who helps you in the store. That's one thing you rarely find up here is great customer service. They don't charge more for next day, you just have to pay for it when dropping off your items. My husbandnis happy with his clothes, Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
I brought in a coat that was in really rough shape — paint, patches, sentimental value, and custom details that couldn’t just be thrown into a standard wash. I thought it was going to have to pay a lot more, especially given how bad it was. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work involved, I almost didn't believe it.
They finished it exactly when they said they would, and the results blew me away. The coat came back looking practically brand-new without losing any of the unique details. The quality, price, and turnaround time were all excellent. I honestly expected to pay a lot more for what they did.
