The problem began when my iPhone 13 wasn't turning on it would continually reset. One day I noticed the screen was popping off. My assumption was the battery was bad especially because the battery life below 80%. I took it to Joe who welcomed me in. I explain to him everything above. He let me know he will scan the phone with his software to diagnose the problem. I left it with him to run an errand and within the hour Joe fixed it, confirmed it was the battery. The phone started up again and works like when I bought it. Thank you Joe for your services. Stay up!

Great service! My flip phone Z5 main screen malfunctioned and Joe did an amazing job replacing it. His communication was clear and helpful. After fixing my main screen, the screen cover of the Z5 also stopped working and he told me he can fix it, no charge since I made the trip to come back and forth. I don't live close, but Joe made sure every trip was worth it and the result was amazing. Would definitely recommend 10/10
