So today was my first day ever using my membership since buying it back in January, I don't use it because normally I go to CHUZE Fitness down the hill before work. I had literally woke up around 3:30am and decided why not just try it out and not have to leave around 1:00AM to get to the gym down the hill and beat traffic. So I did just that. I tried it for the first time in over 4 Months. My overall experience was excellent. I was new and not being aware of anything. I just looked around and thought to myself let me get a feel of the atmosphere here. Check out the vibes. It checked out alright. The place was very clean and smelled clean also. I wasn't alert or paying any attention for that matter, I had accidentally walked into the Women's Locker area, placed my bag with clothes in a random locker and continued out the door. I did the 30 Min workout before wrapping up. When I came back to take a shower and get cleaned up I had then noticed I walked into the women's locker by accident. I approached the front desk for help. After explaining the situation to the front desk a Latino and African American man did have an odd look on their faces. I just explained that I've never been to this gym ever and I got mixed up cause I don't ever come here and I thought the Men's side was on the left and women on the right. I just walked into without paying any attention, the first time we walked back to the locker room. They posted a sign and shouted inside that Men would be coming in ( staff only; not me ) some lady's were in there so they asked me to come back. So about 20Mins after doing another 30Min express fitness I went back and they both walked me back and did the same thing again. ( Sign, Gave Notice, Alerted) It was a big misunderstanding and they were a bit confused about it but handled it extremely well and professionally. They may have gossiped behind my back but doesn't bother me none because I know my intentions were not to do wrong or cause harm to any other member, especially females. I was overall extremely satisfied with the process, faculty, and equipment available for use. I will definitely be coming back here more often. I will need to cancel my other membership at CHUZE & 24HR Fitness for sure.
This club is nice, clean, and has good machines The staff is nice and helpful. It seems like they read my feedback about the girls cleaning the men’s bathroom (it would be completely inaccessible for 30-40mins for us men) so I changed my 1 star rating to a 5. Ty PF staff!
