We have only had Home Instead services for a short time, but already love the service, especially our caretaker, Sin! She is compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of.
Everyone we spoke with was great, right from the start. But this five-star rating goes to my dad's amazing aid Sylvester. He was a compassionate, encouraging, trusted, and phenomenal aid. Sylvester actually cooked fresh meals and left prepared meals for the next shift to feed dad. He did the shopping, errand running, cleaning, organizing, and spent special time with dad making sure every need was met. Sylvester was there at the very end, holding dad's hand until the paramedics took him to the hospital where he passed. I just can't say enough about how pleased we were with Sylvester.
