Excellent customer service. I am elderly and have a hard time getting to the nail shop. I count on others for rides. So, my feet needed alot of work and Ben the manager picked a salon tech by the name of Tiffany. She saw the issues and l told l wanted the Royal deluxe package. She was really gentle and very professional. I was falling asleep in my chair. The massaging was wonderful with warm up lavender lotion, mask, oil, sugar scrub and warm up wax. Best messaging was on my lower legs with the warm oils and warmed up lavender lotion. Another salon tech by the name of Lisa did a gel manicure on my nails. Of course the polish was matched to go with the polish on my feet. I definitely plan on returning and already put my appt in for April. Clean salon and relaxing atmosphere. They are in Mission Grove area of Riverside.
I haven’t had a set of nails in several years. I called the salon and was able to get in right away. David was professional and took his time in making my nails look beautiful I am very pleased.
It was my first time getting my nails done here and let me tell you they did such an awesome job in making me feel welcomed and the tech (I didn’t get her name) she did an amazing job with my nails ??. She took the time to do my mani and pedi without feeling bum rushed but made it a relaxing ? experience. Im for sure coming back. Thanks for the great vibes and atmosphere and not rushing to get my nails done but taking the time to make sure my nails were on point. I really appreciate it ?
