Absolutely incredible service. Ethan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He answered every question I had and was transparent every step of the way. The job ended up more extensive than at first look, and he changed more parts than what was expected, but he immediately called me to let me know and discounted prices for me in order to stay within the original quote. He stayed true to his word, which is a premium when dealing with car repairs. His father is also an expert and a rare breed in that he rebuilds transmissions in house and mine was rebuilt to the highest standards. I have requested a transmission fluid flush. Ethan did a wonderful job in reassuring that the flush for my 2013 Kia Sorento would be easy. He gave two quotes that explained the details for each one and what that meant for the car. I mentioned the cabin air filter and he gave me a quote and added it to the work order. He also changed the air filter. They showed me the cabin filter and it was super dirty.Pricing was reasonable based on the work that was done. It took about 4-5 hours for them to complete the work. I am a happy customer .
