I have hired First Safety for all of my home purchases since 2006. My family has since moved to the high desert and I have referred First Safety to them as well. They are thorough, clean, respectful, and walk you through to really let you know what is a 'problem' versus a 'finding.' Not all findings are true problems. I have had First Safety do new construction inspections and we've been able to clear up some things the City inspector didn't call out, or the builder foreman. Great work First Safety Home Inspection!
