Elixir Of Health is an outstanding wellness center. The entire staff is so sweet , informative and makes you feel very comfortable. The environment is relaxing and pleasant. My family consists of college and high school athletes, firefighters and very active lifestyles.. We all go here for every hicup that crosses our path . Sports injuries, common colds, muscle pain, inflammation etc etc .. this is a one stop shop .. They have so much knowledge and experience to help you live everyday healthy, strong and pain free.. I tried my first cryotherapy session and then a sauna session. The staff were all amazing! Extremely helpful and explained everything to me. My neck stiffness went away actually, I am definitely coming back.
