Beyond friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable staff. I have been getting my watches (and occasionally some jewelry) maintained or repaired here. I have never been disappointed. One of those places that is small but when it's YOUR turn for service, you are thankful for that. Joani is kind and caring and will give you the best service possible. The 2 gentlemen primarily working on the items are top rate. They know what they are doing and are careful with all your important items. Highly recommend.

Great service, gave me honest opinion on where he should remove a link for me and also got a new battery.....all for $10 total!!! What a deal, will be back if I need more watch service.
