Derek is the best realtor I have ever worked with. We had found him through a friend when we needed to sell our house and him and his team went above and beyond for us during the process. They made it so easy and truly looked out for us through the process. They are great communicators and got us the highest offer. We told them what we wanted and they got it done!
Derek De Ville and his team were very professional and courteous. They walked us through all phases of the sale. Selling a house is very stressful but selling it with Derek and his team there was no stress at all. We highly recommend them.
We used Derek because he had previously assisted us and we knew how helpful and professional he was. The home was in poor condition (rental) with quite a few problems, however, Derek gave us solid advice and also provided us with very good people that helped get the house ready to sell. After that, the whole procedure was problem free. We received multiple offers above the list price within a week. Everything went very smoothly after that.
