I've been waiting for literally 3 months for an appointment that got canceled this morning on the day of. I was calling almost everyday for weeks to try and get a sooner appointment because in order to see a dermatologist, I need to be referred by a doctor first (an inconvenient process). I told them that I have random spots on my back that are very new and need to be looked at by the doctors. A couple weeks ago I stopped calling and just waited for my appointment. I explained the urgency to the girl this morning and told her it was unfair that it was canceled on the day of and now they're making me reschedule. She said "yeah so the next available appointment is in November." When I asked if I could see a different doctors she quickly said "All our other providers aren't available till December." Something tells me she didn't even check because of how short she was. Some of the workers that answer the phone are nice but most of them are short and one time I even got the phone hung up on me mid sentence. Another person on a different occasion told me that if it's really an emergency I should go to the emergency room. UPDATE: I called again to see if I can schedule an appointment at a different location and the person who answered was way different from the short attitude I was given by the other girl. This phone operator tried finding me the next available appointment and asked if I was willing to go to another location and I said absolutely! She actually tried to find the next earliest appointment and I appreciate that loads!! I will update my review when I get help, however the appointment was made at a different location! So far, the rose location has not been the one :/ I think the people that answer the phones are important because they set the tone for the facility

this clinic is the WORST ... they pressure you to get blood work & to get medicines for your medical conditions .. they let me know I could come in ANYTIME for bloodwork so I came in a few days after my first appointment. I got my blood work done in july ? and haven't heard anything back from NO ONE .. it's now September 14. but the people in the back are so friendly it's just the main building .

Keep canceling appointment and then scheduling over a month later. Came in for a medical issue they tell you if it doesn't get better we'll have to get you a specialist. They run general labs that seem to have nothing to do with the issue then tell you they'll go over the labs in 2 months? You call say the problems not solved and they tell you to come in but cant book you for over a month and can't refer you unless you come in again? Then week before your appointment they say provider won't be available and they have to reschedule and say the next available isn't for another month later. It's ridiculous just send me the refferal for a specialist and stop wasting my time.
