    Michelle is the best! I’ve been training with her for a few years now, and she’s been amazing at helping me get the results I wanted.

    First, she’s incredibly knowledgeable about the body, she shows you how muscles and joints work together, and she’s really good at making sure you’re doing movements correctly to avoid injuries.

    Second, she creates custom plans that actually fit your goals, and she keeps things from getting too repetitive, which makes a huge difference.

    And lastly, she keeps you accountable and motivated, which has helped me stay consistent and keep making progress.

    Don’t hesitate, highly recommend!

    Where to start…? Michelle came very highly recommended to me after I had a few false starts with trainers. I now see that what I was missing was a mature, seasoned, cool, kind and knowledgable trainer. Within a year (but it happened within a few months) Michelle has taken me from a person who not only dreaded weight training and even the gym, but felt bad about being so inconsistent. She makes workouts fun, varied, and is committed to correct form — she can explain as little or as MUCH about anatomy and fitness as you want, as she goes deep and stays current.     Michelle is unequivocally the best trainer I have ever worked with. She's smart, kind, and challenges you to invest in yourself in a way that's very special. I cannot stress enough - Michelle has helped me completely change my habits in a way I had previously thought was impossible. Our sessions are always productive, thoughtful, well-planned and results-oriented. She's also a nurse and she's able to explain not only what's important, but why it's important. Michelle is totally singular, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found her.
