As someone who does Pilates every day in London, Anna gave me the two best classes I have ever experienced. We did so much on the legs with a total-body workout. It was like doing 2 classes in other studios, without feeling overwhelmed/strained. We lost zero time in between transitions. Thankfully, there's no loud music/microphone. It is challenging and simultaneously restorative/delicious. She mentioned she had a ballet background, and it shows. Again, the best class I've ever done. Enough to get me up at 6.30 am.
I come to the Lord to sweat away my sins and reawaken as a renewed being. Karen is a life force of energy!
I’ve been going to Karen Lord Pilates Movement for a few years now, and it’s hands down my favorite Pilates studio. Karen runs the place with so much heart and care, and it shows in every detail—from the lighting and cleanliness of the space to the perfectly curated music that keeps you motivated.

I've been lucky to know Karen for over 20 years, and am thrilled to take classes at KLPM when I'm in LA. The instructors are kind and knowledgable, the decor is unmatched -- so chic!! That in itself is hard to find but the classes kick *ss every time which is most important.
