Run as far away from this awful, unethical, and unprofessional place that you can. After our horrible experience with these people (Dr. Mayhall, Cami Elen, Linda Seidman) I came to these reviews and found that they have a habit of abandoning children and their families without an explanation. I'm only grateful because we found out soon in the process whereas some families emotionally invested months only to be abandoned. This place should lose its license. HORRIBLE!

I had a very unprofessional experience here at "the center for professional counseling " .
After several months of seeing a counselor, she abruptly ended my sessions with no explanation. Said she could not tell me why but her manager CAMI could if I wanted further information. Being that her and I had established a strong counselor/client relationship, I was completely blind sided and confused. . At first I was disinterested in more information as I was very upset to hear this news. After a few days, I ended up reaching out to her manager CAMI several times via phone call/voicemail and never got a response

My son started treatment here with the therapist in training who he connected with at first and was making good progress. When he asked to decrease his sessions from twice a week to once a week, she said he would not be able to do that. She also insisted that he join an online support group for young adults with what she was not comfortable doing. She terminated his treatment leaving him feeling abandoned and misunderstood. This is a terrible place and does not support true mental health issues..
