Had an outstanding experience working with Robin on my 2023 taxes. For the previous two years I had used a large tax preparation service that charged me significantly more, gave little to no customer service and were extremely slow at responding to inquiries and filing for me. Before that I used a local CPA for years who was good but charged a ridiculous amount. Robin's fee was reasonable, he responded extremely quickly with questions and answers and it just was a great overall experience. From the time I submitted my tax info to the time I received the returns, it was 3 days total. Can't recommend more.
It was the dreading time of doing my taxes, I went to someone who had 5 stars, unfortunately they were saying I had to pay more than what I thought I had to pay, so I didn't hire them. I started searching again and found Robin, I contacted him, emailed him the forms and info he requested, within hours he filed my tax returns. BTW it was 1/3 of what the other place told me. I will definitely be doing my tax returns with him next year. Thank you Robin!
