I was scheduled for pre-surgery physical therapy at OrthoVive, and I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from start to finish. Every visit, from the receptionist to the physical therapy team, exceeded my expectations. This place is great and ticks all the boxes for everything I was looking for in a PT office. Scheduling is easy and I've always been able to get an appointment within one to two days at most. They've done a good job helping me understand exactly what to expect with insurance costs. The whole team is welcoming and makes sure I'm comfortable. And most importantly, coming here has helped with my injury! I've had measurable improvements and feel a little better after each visit. I normally hate anything medical related but coming here has been about as low stress as you can get.
After over 6 weeks of visits I can honestly say this was an outstanding experience. Everything from the initial evaluation with Dr. Gregg onward was professional and effective. I had recently been diagnosed with arthritis in my neck and could barely turn my head more than 45 degrees each way without pain. Between Dr. Gregg and his assistant, Arpy, I'm now able to turn 90 degrees each way without pain. But that only tells half the story. Both of them and Suzie, the receptionist, have warm, friendly, and fun personalities. I actually looked forward to my visits and will miss going there. Highly recommended!!
