“I’ve had a horrible experience. Simplia never produced anything they said they would. I wrote a 1 star review they promised to fix. But nothing happened except they built a website. Never got to use it. They have since September of last year hell onto the administrative part to my google listing so I couldn’t have anybody else do ads. I’ve called 2 times never heard back. I just sat on hold for over 30 min no one answered. I’ve emailed with no response.original review was 1 star however I wanted to update. Anmol reached out quickly was able to get my google listing back in my control also offered an exstensive free package to make up for the short falls. Also offered more services. I really appreciate his willingness to win back my business! Explained there is a new team in place fixing the short falls I experienced maybe in the future I’m willing to give a second chance.“
