My daughter had a busted pipe in the wall, and was referred to Mr. Eddie from Allstate. Mr. Eddie assessed and completed the job in a timely manner. What I liked was he showed you where the crack was in the pipe he removed. He was professional and personable. He showed compassion by checking the fireplace upon request to ensure it was working. That was not his job but, he did it without evening mentioning it wasn't. I can tell he was a man of faith. I would recommend him to anyone. Eddie, thanks job well done. I have or should say had been a customer for years. Not too long after Ludwig started out. Unfortunately he is either there in name only now or bought out by new partners. The company now is just a rip off. Way over priced and simply not efficient. It is difficult to get treated so poorly by a company you have been using for over 25 years. Yes that long. after getting ripped off for the past 5 or 6 years we left and hired a new plumber. So happy with the change.
