Hugs Construction and Steve exceed our expectations for fixing, repairing and installing all sort of things in our house. The work that he did on our front and back door was meticulous. He was able to take very warped and poorly installed doors and make them new again. No more draft or gaps and the new fixtures are beautiful. He is a craftsman and Steve has also gone out of his way to help us with little things that have come up, offering advice and/or offering to stop by and take a look. We truly appreciate Steve's professionalism and friendliness. He truly cares about his clients, pays attention to the details and does the work timely. Thank you Steve!

Stevie executed our kitchen remodel, which included the replacement of all flooring, cabinets, countertops, all major appliances, and the construction of a new walk-in pantry. Stevie's attention to detail -- he is a true craftsman at heart and he gives nothing less than excellent quality workmanship -- and he is quite reasonably priced. We love our new kitchen, thanks for Stevie for helping to make it a reality. For a separate project, Stevie installed new french doors into our study and he did a great job and even came back without charge to adjust once everything had settled. Steve at Hugs Construction has overseen a variety of work at our house since 2009. Most recently, Steve & his team replaced our ancient roof in advance of El Nino. Like a good GC should do, Steve sourced a great roofer & hvac company & their bids for work were reasonable & detailed (I had several bidders in addition to Hugs). Hugs did all the construction & repair work (which was extensive) & Steve kept the contractors on their toes & on time/budget & that is what I like best about Hugs: Steve knows how to do most anything construction related & has a long list of tradespeople for specific tasks.
