I dropped off my mother's coat in May at the NoHo store for dry cleaning and to fix a couple small surface holes. I showed up a couple weeks later and nothing was done, it even looked like they never dry cleaned it. I spoke to the owner and he reassured me that it would be fixed. I also had the worst treatment from the lady working there & he mentioned he got rid of her.After over a month of waiting (now July), I showed up to pick up the coat because no one had called me. When I showed up, they gave me the wrong coat! I had to contact the supervisor to locate the coat. After a couple days, I called and they found the coat. I brought a leather backpack to be cleaned because honey leaked inside during a flight. Cisco did a wonderful job of cleaning the backpack without damaging the leather. The leather also looks more polished than when I brought it in. I really appreciate Greenwash cleaners taking great care of my item!!
