i had a broken computer and it was fixed in less than a day! quick and simple, and he even helped my dad with his computer problems free of charge afterward. great service, would recommend.

I use my laptop for business. Wednesday evening it completely crashed and became unusable. I called Rich first thing Thursday morning and he promptly called me back. I was in a panic I wasn’t going to make payroll without access to quicbooks.He came by my house to take a look, he was confident about being able to repair. He took the laptop with him and returned it the following day all fixed! He even helped us set up our printer and re-installed quick books for us. Very professional and knowledgeable. Having your computer stop working just disrupts everything. My laptop stopped working and I needed it fixed fast! I called Rich @ CyberCPU and he was responsive - returned my call right away - understanding (I was in a panic since every file that I needed was on that laptop) and determined to get it resolved quickly. I had sensitive information on that laptop (tax returns, financial records), and I was never concerned, because Rich is a total professional, and extremely knowledgeable!
