I use my laptop for business. Wednesday evening it completely crashed and became unusable. I called Rich first thing Thursday morning and he promptly called me back. I was in a panic I wasn’t going to make payroll without access to quicbooks.He came by my house to take a look, he was confident about being able to repair. He took the laptop with him and returned it the following day all fixed! He even helped us set up our printer and re-installed quick books for us. Very professional and knowledgeable. He got me out of a pickle! Thanks Rich
