Bolin Roofing just completed a full roof replacement and new gutters in Arnold. Our roof looks amazing and everything was done on time and as quoted. Their pricing was extremely competitive. And I appreciated the good communication from quoting to job completion. We had some dry rot which they were able to repair, at a fair price. I chose Bolin because five years ago they did us a solid when our insurance company gave us 1 month to make roof repairs or they would drop our coverage. They completed the repairs a few weeks later and our insurance company was satisfied. They were the only ones that could get us on the schedule then. I didn't forget this. Thank you team!
With our house in Arnold, inspection was done with them and they provided a 2 year leak free warranty. Our roof had 2 leaks right before Christmas, still within the warranty period. We called Bolin Roofing about the problem, they offered to cover/tarp the area the same day. But since it was a minor leak, we were willing to wait. Tom (owner) and Jason came the next day to repair it the morning Christmas Eve! Wow. The indoor leak was repaired and we will continue to observe. With the outside porch roof leak hopefully they'll repair it another time due to the weather and likely busy schedule.
Tom provided a thorough assessment, spot on contract estimate, and timely install. Michelle executed the schedule and arrangements efficiently and effectively. We are very pleased with the quality of the new roof.
