I worked with Rafi this year as he completed multiple projects for our home remodel. He custom built our entryway storage unit, two guest/kids bathroom vanities, master bathroom vanity, broom closet, and kitchen cabinets. I highly recommend Rafi for his high quality work, craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. Everything feels solid and built to last. When working together with my contractor, Rafi made sure to make my wants/needs heard and he incorporated everything I asked for while also providing valuable information and recommendations. He always communicated promptly and was a pleasure to work with. We are extremely happy and satisfied and would use him again.

I needed a pantry update that would emphasize space efficiency. I looked around to many cabinet makers since this job would be custom. After many no call backs, flighty communication and simple ill-regard, I contacted Rafi at Palermo cabinets.. in no time did he return my call. He was ypfront and said he wouldnt get to my job for two weeks simce he was involved in another at the time. In two weeks he called me back and did an on-site review of the work area. I had a small kitchen cabinet conversion to trash bin drawer. Raffi was quick and communicative via phone and text with his estimate. After vetting 2 other cabinet people I went with Raffi and Palermo Cabinets. He even offered to help me save money on the project when we realized we could use an existing trash tray, but in the end we decided to go with his brand new trash tray from Salice. His pricing is fair, he is dependable and on time, and very fast and professional. On top of that his craftsmanship is impeccable. What more could you ask?
