Smart Construction Service was great to work with i reached out about a small project that a lot of contractors wouldn’t even respond to but they got back to me right away came out to see the space and clearly talked through the scope the work included removing the old countertop building a custom cabinet for an appliance installing a new countertop and adding a new backing to the island pricing was fair and transparent which i really appreciated
the work was done in one day just like promised overall i’m happy with the results there’s a very slight uneven spot where the countertop came in two pieces but it’s minor and doesn’t really take away from the update...read full review

The crew that worked on our patio was attentive to detail. They helped us with design suggestions and were very particular about the execution. The end result is a beautiful space that we’ll enjoy for years to come.
