We were so pleased with the staff and doctor at Valley Center Veterinarian. We took our new rescue puppy and he actually went up to the doctor, who sat at his level, and put his paws on her shoulders like he was hugging her. She has amazing customer service, the app is a wonderful service and follow up by she and her staff is top notch.
Excellent vet hospital with great doctor and staff!!! I was very happy with my experience here. I took a cat to see Dr Natasha and I felt her kindnees and excellent way with animals shine through. She is a rare doctor who is not only techinically sharp but has a really friendly personality. I also appreciated all of the young ladies who work in the office as administration or in operations. They were very kind towards my cat and explained every step iof the visit fully. They all had really friendly and warm personalities toward me and my cat. I am so happy with the care my pup received last week. The entire team was wonderful to work with and addressed all my needs during my visit. Dr. Clarke is the most approachable and compassionate vet that I have ever worked with. I appreciate the time she spends with me to review my pet's health and treatment plan.
