I have been getting massages from Debbie for about 4 months and she has been a game changer for me. I've been dealing with back/shoulder/neck stiffness for years and after a few visits that pain and stiffness was reduced by about 90%. This has made my quality of life exponentially better. Debbie knows what she is doing. She is a wonderful person who cares about her clients, she's professional, and she's created a welcoming and relaxing healing environment and would wholeheartedly would recommend her to anyone who is dealing with stiffness and pain.
I live in the Bay Area and come visit my parents who live in Valley Center often, and the first thing I do is book a visit with Debbie! I have yet to find a massage therapist as good as her where I live. She is great at tailoring the massage to what your body needs. 10/10 every time!
My pain is almost gone! I have never been to a massage therapist and did not think it would work. I was 100% wrong. I am suffering from Sciatica. I know this sounds stupid but it took me a while to figure that part out. Easily 6 months of pain sometimes an 8-10, most days about a 6. When I could not stand it anymore, literally crying some days I mentioned my pain to Debbie. She said she could help and she did. 1st visit my daily pain went to a 3-4. 1 month later I needed to go again. I am now on my 3rd visit tomorrow and my pain is easily a 2 most days.
